betrbowl gives local rescue groups free weekend space in our stores — with promotion behind it, setup handled, and a new-pet kit for every adopter you place. No fee. No percentage. No catch. We don't sell animals and we never will. We'd rather the next generation of pets in this valley came from your kennels.

Every betrbowl store has open weekend dates, and we'd rather fill them with your animals than leave them empty. Pick the location that fits your adoption radius and we'll build the day around you.
Not all of our stores have partners, that means that entire neighborhoods there are going without a single adoption event. Please see what areas your group covers, and choose more than one where you can, we'd love you to host you in multiple locations.
An honest ask
We are short on cat rescues.
Almost every group we work with places dogs. Cats are the animals sitting longest in this valley's shelters, and they are the ones our stores are least equipped to help — because we have almost nobody bringing them through the door.
If you run a cat rescue, a foster network, or a TNR program, we will build the event around what you need: quiet corner, carriers only, no dogs scheduled that day, kitten season pushed hard in our email and on our shelves. Tell us what works and it's yours.

What we ask
- Proof you're legitimate501(c)(3) status or Arizona rescue licensing, and a certificate of insurance.
- Healthy, vaccinated animalsRecords at the table, nothing showing signs of illness, nothing under eight weeks.
- Two volunteers, eighteen or olderPlus your own pens, crates, and paperwork.
- Your own adoption processYou screen, you approve, you collect the fee. We stay out of it.
- One email and one postTell your own supporters you'll be there. This is the part that actually fills the store.
- A clean space at the endAnd a quick count of applications and adoptions, so we both know if it worked.
How it works
Questions we get
Does this cost us anything?
No. No booth fee, no percentage of adoption fees, no requirement to buy anything. If a group ever tells you a retailer's adoption program has a cost attached, it isn't this one.
Do you sell animals?
Never have, never will. Adoption is the only way an animal leaves a betrbowl store.
Who handles the adoption itself?
You do, entirely. You screen applicants, you approve or deny, you collect the fee, you use your own contract. Our team stays out of adoption decisions and won't speak to an animal's temperament or health.
What do we need to bring?
Exercise pens or crates, leashes or carriers, your adoption paperwork, vaccination records, and waste supplies. We provide the table, chairs, and everything else.
Can we come every weekend?
Yes, if you can staff it. Recurring slots — the same Saturday each month at the same store — work best, because customers start showing up looking for you.
We're tiny. Is it worth it?
A three-person breed rescue that places twelve dogs a year is welcome here. Small groups often do better at this than large ones, because a table with two dogs and a volunteer who knows them both is a real conversation.
