How does same-day delivery work?
Shop online, choose delivery at checkout, and your neighborhood betrbowl store brings your order to your door. Order by 5 PM for same-day delivery (Sundays by 4 PM).
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $4.99 within 4 miles of your store and $7.99 from 4 to 10 miles. Your exact fee is shown at checkout based on your address.
What if I order after the cutoff?
Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next day.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Pickup is free at any of our 12 Valley stores. Orders are usually ready in 2 hours at stores that have your items in stock. You can check which stores have an item on its product page.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Bring your order confirmation email. Credit card ID is required for all pickup orders.
Do you offer autoship/subscription?
Yes. Many of our foods can be set up on autoship/subscription so they arrive on a schedule that works for you. Look for subscription options on the applicable product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept unopened products for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (your online order confirmation or original receipt). We also honor returns or exchanges on opened products whose packaging states a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
How do I start a return?
Bring the item and your proof of purchase to any betrbowl store, or contact us at customerservice@betrbowl.com or 480-924-2347 and we'll help.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
We can't change the address once an order has shipped, so please double-check your details at checkout. If you spot a mistake right away, call us at 480-924-2347.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. With betrbowl membership you earn a point for every dollar you spend, and every 500 points gets you $5.00 to spend. We also offer a free-bag program, Frequent Feeder and brand rewards.
Can I get help choosing the right food?
Absolutely. Our Pet Health Advocates in every store can help you find the right food, treats and supplements for your pet. Stop by or give your local store a call, or use the online contact form to connect to a live person who will respond in under 48 hours.
